Access Your Funds

With a user ID and password, you can:

  • Check your fund balance
  • Print a current fund statement
  • Review contributions to your fund
  • See a list of grants made from your fund
  • Make grant recommendations electronically or print a grant recommendation form to mail

Statements will be updated the 20th of each month.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to have an account you must have a fund with The Union City Community Foundation. You can apply for an account online. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days. If you have questions please e-mail or call (814) 454-0843.

Our parent organization is The Erie Community Foundation. All funds will be routed through Access Your Funds in The Erie Community Foundation website.
